batteries and cartomizers not working together

I have 4 batteries from SmokelessImage. They are the 83mm batts. All 4 are manual. A few days ago, I got some cartomizers from Liberty Flights. They are Boge 2.7 ohms. They only work with two of the Volt batteries. Anyone know why or how I can correct it?
