Batteries for mini

I need to know which 14500/14650 batteries to use for a mini nemesis, what type, brand, protected or non-protected.
Also what ohm range should I stay in that won't damage the batteries?
Should I use flat top or button?

I would recommend buying batteries from RTD Vapor, they are an authorized reseller of AW so no danger of fakes.

You're welcome. Batteries are not something you want to buy on the cheap from unknown vendors, too many fakes out there.

I'd stay ~1 ohm ish on the builds, the 14500's aren't rated for too much current. I use them in my mini valkyrie and stay close to 1 ohm and all is fine.

Madvapes also carries 14500's PTVO's and efest.
And as mentioned earlier, 14500's aren't made got sub-ohming.

No, No, No, I'm not going to sub-ohm, I wrap coils for my mini pt and drippers at 1.8-2.2. That's 6 wraps around
a 1/16 drill shank using Kanthal 32ga. Five wraps gives me about 1.5, and I was wondering if that's too low for a 14500 battery.

You're fine in that resistance range. I actually end up usually .9-1.1 on mine (no I don't recommend that but it's what I do). Also I don't have the device you have but in my Mini Valkyrie, the AW batteries were almost too short to work. I went to the eFests which are actually closer to 50 MM in length and they work just fine. Any IMR type battery should be fine at the resistance you've vaping at. Enjoy that smaller thing, I know I do mine!

At 1.5 ohms even on a battery fresh off the charger and assuming no loss you're only at 2.8 amps. Any IMR battery will easily handle that. Vape on!
