Are they all just the same, just longer diff bat life? I use the ego twist 1000, so why would i need or want to get something bigger like a silvr bullet or anything else?
And whats with all the carts and attys? Low resist, high, low and high ohms. I just want to vape something that has alot of smoke, real cig throat hit, and flavor is a plus.

Some have a regulated voltage, some are unregulated, and some are variable voltage. The ohms are resistance. By using certain ohms at certain voltages you change the vape. Some people like to vape certain juices at different voltages - they say it tastes better.
