Battery differences

Having only used V4L batteries, I don't know what the differences are.
I do know that I just bought some new single-logo batteries last week during a visit to their office. These batteries are great looking and produce tremendous vapor with V4L cartos. Other than time between charges, I can't tell any performance difference between the 3 sizes. They all have a 13-second cutoff.

Thanks, Pawpaw. Was on their site and noticed the price difference and just wondered. I have a KR808D-1 I bought from another supplier but it doesn't produce much vapor and the cartos I got with it doesn't fit the PT or battery I got from a separate supplier real well (lets in too much air and I have to tape it).
I am very interested in the X long Vapor King battery (cut off time and longer lasting), but will cartos from other suppliers work with it? Or do I have to use V4L cartos?

Wow PawPaw! I have to catch up as I still use original V4L from my kit I got 3 months ago and an XL 2 months old.... But this complements V4L quality
The VK batteries don't have the slot in the center post, so the carto has to. I think there are some older cartos without the slot, but AFAIK all the new 808 cartos have the slot.
I was a manual battery guy before my visit. Steve gave me the XL manual and one of the black auto shorties to try. To me, they both hit exactly the same. I like a middle-of-the-road draw. Not like sucking on a McDonald's milkshake and not like sucking on an empty straw. More like drinking a soda thru a straw (if any of that made sense). These autos have the perfect draw for me.

Some are for my son and I imagine I'll wind up giving some away. For now though, these are my toys!

V4L specifically manages their quality control, which, from what I've seen, leads to better fit-and-finish. I've seen some pretty sloppy generics recently.
