I am looking for advice on a good battery for my vtr and a good place to get them at good price. They need to be IMR18650 highdrane something that is a high mah as my 2200mahs die to fast. There isn't much room in the battery compartment either I don't have a micrometer to measure it so not sure what the measurements are. No fat battery's.

I have (2) 1600mah EFest 18650 IMR batts for my VTR, and I know that 1600mah sounds weak, but they last ALL day/night in my VTR and I'm a HEAVY vapor ;)

What do you mean by your a heavy vapor? I vape 3-4ml a day on 1.8-1.0 ohm nano micro coils usually at 11-13 watts.

I use THESE in mine, and get almost 2 full days before the light goes yellow. They fit really well also. Not to tight, or loose. That link is also where I get them. I just ordered a couple AW's this morning, but can't speak on those until I have some time using them.

Just bought them for mine.

The new Panasonic Hybrid NCR18650PF are the best batteries for high drain devices hands down. They are the replacements for the old 2600 panasonics. These are 2900. Trust me, they wipe the floor with everything. I like my AW's, but these are IMO better and last longer.

BTW, I have four sets of the newer green ones(2900) and three sets of the old grey ones(2600), so I do know, because I also have a couple sets of the AW's.

I don't have a meter. My concern was I only get a half a day out of the batteries but now I'm seeing on other threads that apparently that's the norm. I unplug the charger then plug it back in and let the light bar go solid again but I haven't noticed any improvement. Later I'll try the batteries Bad and others have suggested. Wished Innokin had put a battery meter or at least a puff counter on the VTR to give you an idea where the battery stands at.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe it's the brand?? Charger is a IntelliCharger i4 version 2 however I'm reading a few others are only getting hours but I didn't notice the brand they were using. I'll just have to try the aforementioned brands later as these are new. On a footnote I love the VTR over my MVP 2.0. I see all these flooding issues but I've never had a problem with my ProtankII, Protank II mini, evods, T3s, Mt3s, I30s and I30b. If I get the start of a gurgle a cotton swab in the tube puts a stop to that and we move on. I can do without the I30b due to the tight draw and the flavor is not as good as the I30s, Protank and T3s.
Have a good weekend.
