Ohms law and all that mate .
Note that V=volts . I=Current(Amps) . R=Resistance Ohms . P=Power Watts
V=IxR
P=IxV

Basically looking at the maximum current your battery is rated for .
Then using that current and the volts(4,2V) to calculate the lowest resistance that can be placed across the battery .

Personally I don't bother with sub-ohm , seems to be plenty enough power from 1 to 1.2 ohm .
Wouldn't dream of going lower .

I will google the battery ie :

AW IMR 18650 specifications

Then read through the links to find out the relevant information .
If you post what betteries you have then I (and others) can have a look too .

Please research all about sub 1 Ohm vaping before taking it up .
Also get a multimeter and learn how to use it .

Again , I doubt there really is much there in the sub ohm that isn't there at 1.2 Ohm .
At 1.2 Ohm you can use a safety fuse to help protect against the bad things that can happen .
