Two different kinds of stores. The Battery Store is a brick and mortar chain like Radio Shack. 18650 batteries is an online supplier.

I don't understand what you mean. Yes they have many physical stores, does that mean their online purchasing is less reputable?

So I just recieved the Samsung 20s. You think "The Battery Store" Is a reputable dealer? Dont want to get stuck with a questionable like the orbtronic.

" The battery store " and " 18650batterystore " are not the same.
They are two different businesses.

18650batterystore is a legit / recommended dealer of the type of cells we use for vaping. Based in Atlanta Ga USA.

The battery store in the US, is a franchise store that mostly sells typical aaa aa b c d size non rechargeable batteries, some locations sell lead acid, glass mat / batteries for vehicles, some also sell batteries suitable for hobbies such as R/C etc...

If a specific name store ( the battery store ) near Naples or wherever you ordered from sells legit cells for vaping use isn't something that is commonly known.

Is there some problem you're having choosing one of the sources Mooch recommends and using them?

The confusion may have been due to my earlier response. I stated 18650batterystore.com as a trusted source based on Mooch’s recommendation. But also stated “if” the batteries were purchased from that source they can be trusted. I was not aware of the “battery store” franchise

That said. As much as I fully appreciate Mooch’s list, it is not always a feasible option. For my self being in Canada, shipping from any of these sources is significantly more expensive than buying local. Larger bulk purchases are needed to offset the higher cost of shipping, assuming of course one needs 6 to 8+ batteries.

Buying anywhere other than Mooch’s recommended list does not automatically mean that can not be trusted. Mooch would have the impossible task of evaluating every single battery retailer available. If purchasing from Mooch’s list is not a feasible option, do your own due diligence and inquire with the retailer you are purchasing from. My local source purchases their batteries from one of Mooch’s recommendations. They also conduct their own charge and run test on every battery they receive and have ensured me of a refund/replace should a dud get through their QC. I trust them!!

The recommended batteries (brand and model) for batteries can be found in Mooch's recommended batteries list. Choose model based on your usual wattage setting.

I view power consumption at the max level to be similar to running an auto engine at its maximum RPM level. If a dual battery mod is being run at that level with duals, it's probably time to move up to a triple cell mod.

That’s where I get my batteries from and they always ship fast and have great prices but most importantly they are Mooch approved. It’s got to come from a trusted vendor first and foremost so you know you get what you pay for. Anyway yes they are an excellent vendor to get batteries from. Good luck with your coil experimentation, I did the same awhile back and landed back where I started with simple single strand or a two strand twisted coil at most. Actually today I mostly use mesh because they heat up instantly and have a ton of surface area thus providing the most flavorful vapor. If you haven’t tried mesh that might be something to try next. The Wotofo Profile (RDA) and Unity (RTA) are two excellent rebuildables that use mesh if you are interested in trying it out.
