Language is a fluid thing. You can argue cell or battery all you want. But when the manufacturer of lithium cell labels it a battery and the public calls it a battery. It is a battery. Here's a better picture of labeling on a single cell lithium. Note these were labeled by SAMSUNG SDI as Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery

Not that it really makes any difference

I appreciate your suggestion very much,
but my Aspire NX75 goes very low.

Anyway, I am about to sort this mod out soon.
The Aspire NX75 is a DEVICE!!!! It’s not a mod, you bought it that way you did no modifications whatsoever!!!!!!!!! Jeez know what you’re talking about or don’t talk!!! You sound ridiculous!!:)

Could give the answer. Could even give an in-depth scientific one, but nah.
Not after that.

I'm out.
Vape on Foggy you're a better man than me. Cheers.

And my ignore list keeps growing..... And growing..... And growing..... And growing...... And growing......

I am using several mods, which give me a "low battery" warning, though I can take some more puffs after letting them rest for a while.
You should not do this. Your mod has told you your battery is low, you should stop vaping on them.

Seems to me that the cells recover somehow after a while and then the mod allows some more puffs.
This is normal, but should not be done as it is abusive to the batteries. Your mod has already told you that it doesn't want to fire with the batteries in their current state, so don't force it.

I know they are technically cells. I prefer the term battery as I'm an old hillbilly and don't like using proper sounding terms. I also call a creek a crick. And a roof a ruf. Sue me.

Sorry,

but if my mod tells me "battery low", the cell still has yet enough power for a few puffs after waiting for a while.

Thus, there is no abusage here on my part!

And, using the inappropriate term "battery" instead of "cell" is a bad misuse of names!

You are abusing your mods safety protection and your battery. So yeah.

I never once said that I only speak in proper terms. Not once. So I'll do me, you just worry about you.

Again, can you provide a credible source for your assertion that cell is the correct term, we, collectively have provided you with credible links to show battery is the correct term, you are either incapable of learning or as I stated earlier just trolling. Give us the link and prove us wrong.

Well, if I were you, I'd throw those mods in the trash. The mods are obviously not built correctly as the the designers don't know the difference between a cell and a battery. So by your own saying, they couldn't possibly know that much about electronics (one would assume terminology would be part of their courses), I just don't think I would trust the mods, if I were you, lol.

Then to the other side, maybe the mods just aren't that efficient or the built in meters aren't accurate, therefore providing the messages they do.

He is just spinning his tires here. Even his mod said his BATTERY is low. The manufacturs all call them batteries, and so does everyone else. If it's right or not, it will not change anything. The term battery has already stuck and is now the term these small power storing devices are called officially.

You're using the inappropriate & inaccurate term 'mod' in place of APV or power device.
It is a bad misuse of names!

Each power device manufacturer selects & sets a low voltage cutoff, a few have user adjustable cutoff.
This is not only to prevent over discharging but also to ensure the cells used aren't stressed.

When using a regulated power device, as battery voltage depletes amp demand increases.
At the low voltage cutoff amp demand from the battery / batteries / cell / cells is highest.

No one is impressed with your rude, arrogant & condescending posting style!

How about we all just get along and meet in the middle. I propose we call them unicorns, since we're always looking for the best one and it never exists, lol.

Hm. This was a nice way to waste time before dinner.
Aw man. Time to let my mod cool down a few minutes and then change my batteries. The struggle of a single mod vaper...
Sometimes I need that little break though, I chain vape excessively...

Well, we can put it like this then.

To the OP, please stop abusing your unicorns.

Yes, I like it. Unicorns it is!

Can't be unicorns those are ejuice bottles, would eventually lead to someone trying to shove 120ml bottle in their mod/apv/ecig.

Topwater Elvis,
my greetings to Texas.

But anyway, you are very wrong.
I did not misuse names, what you accused me of.

And I do not have a rude, arrogant, and condescending posting style as you seem to believe!

I reserve the right to report your messages to me to
managers of e-cigarette.com .

In my eyes, you are going too far here.
