Battery Not Charging or Activating Carto

Hello Vapers!

As the title line reads my KR8 is having technical problems. When I screw it into the charger it doesn't blink to indicate charging and the charger doesn't indicate any change either. With a carto connected, I'll try taking a drag but it doesn't actually run any power into the carto so no vapor is produced. I've already tried lifting the contact so that it does connect with the carto but that doesn't seem to work either.

Any help to get this lil guy back in working order would be much appreciated!!

Another quick side note: when taking a drag from said non-working batt, the end-light does indeed light-up so I know that the sensor is still working and that it still activates. It just doesn't go anywhere else from there :\

Yeah, it does sound like it needs a post pull, but if you've already done it the next thing is to put a multimeter to it.
Are you 100% sure that you pulled the post far enough?
I had one do the same thing once and I tapped it on the table and it started working again...loose wire maybe...dunno.

Clean the threads with rubbing alcohol and pull the center post up even further.

Sometimes you can take a Stiff Needle are sort of Pry the Center post up.

The Key thou is to NOT PUSH THE POWER BUTTON WHILE SOMETHING IS TOUCH BOTH THE CENTER POLE AND THE THREADS.

If you can Remove the Battery from your PV, Remove it Before you do Anything.

That happened to me recently and sadly it was because the wire connecting the center post to the battery broke off. Had nothing to fix it with so I needed to send it back. Hope thats not the case with you but if lifting the center post doesnt work that may be the problem.
