Battery Problem: Volt X2 'Passthrough'

Hi, thanks for reading this thread.

I recently placed my second order from smokeless image for some more cartos/clearos, after much anticipation and delays, it seems that my first clearo wasn't what was causing my problems.

It seems though the battery is fully charged, with either clearo or carto, it's pulling when fully threaded on, just not producing heat or vapor. Could my original clearo have leaked and damaged the battery? LED at base lights up with no issues during drag/ pull.

Have tried:

  • Compressed air to clean theads/ head.
  • Full charge
  • Poking down the O ring surrounding the cylindrical core, what I presume is the heating element/ atomizer.

If you have any advice for this novice of vaping, please enlighten me. I hope it's alright for me to post this in this thread, I'd do it in battery help if I had my five posts of freedom, and am anxious to be done with refilling logic cartridges with my niquid.

Thanks again.

It could be the center post of the battery is not making a connection with the center post of the carto/clearo. First, with a very small flat head screwdriver, or just a pin or the end of paper clip, (I use a saftey pin that I keep around for just this purpose) try to move the center post of the battery out just a wee little bit. You can do the same with the carto as well, but try the battery first. Sometimes that center post just gets pushed in a little. I have to do this often with my Volt bats.
