I plug it into the charger and the led lights up and it seems to be charging fine but whether sucking from the battery or sucking from the atomizer (dry smoke) I can't get it to go........weird

Had the same problem with one I ordered off ebay, they talked to thier supplier and told me they got a bad batch of batteries. I returned them and they sent me new ones. Send an email to whom you bought them from and explain the problem.
In my short time of e-smoking, I've quickly realized that batteries working properly are like a roll of the dice. I have 3 batteries. 2 worked fine after the 8 hour initial charge, but the last one was dead. The light would start flashing on the first puff.
I was ready to go through the hassle of sending it back, but thought I would try charging again one last time.. Not only did it work, but it is now the best battery out of all three! Go figure.
if you want...since you have nothing to lose at this point...
get some compressed air...take the straw end and get it close to the battery hole on the atomizer end and give it a few quick shots of air...maybe that will help free up the switch
Certainly looks like a gummed up switch to me. There is no way to fix it without taking it apart. Another thing I noticed is you didn't get any vapor when the light was on solid. You should have had something there. I'd make sure the contacts between battery and atomizer are clean and make sure they are connecting with each other. There was a case a couple days ago where a passthrough was not working but the battery was. Turned out the battery pushed the contact of the atomizer in too much and the contact on the passthrough was not connecting with it. I had him pull the contact in the atomizer out a tad with some needle nose plyers and it came to life. Good Luck. Order a new battery from somewhere.
If your sure the atomizer is working then don't do it. But if you were to do that you would pull very gently so you don't pull any wires loose. It probably only need to come out 1/32" or so.Nah, the atomizer works fine it was just dry. However, good to know. Is there a trick that I should use or just pull really hard to bring the atomizer out more?
