It might .. but you are stuck with the one voltage, so too hot or too cold and you have to live with it.
Loving my provari still, not really a cheapy tho its worth the bucks.
LOL! Absent minded, alot going on up there, haha!
I am using a standard eGo 650maH and now realizing that this is the Joye510 sub forum but the thread has 650mAH voltage ratings in it so why not. I like vg more than pg and though I get a TH with vg(18mg) I would like to see what could give me a little more warmth/ump?
I've tried LR 2.0 cartos and I like the feeling, but couldn't enjoy it long enough to know for sure because I dislike the taste of cartos that much.
With all of this in mind, 3.7v mod? Or LR atty? (+5 for the mod simply because I'd like a bottom feeder)
So, judging from this thread I would be better off to buy the new 3.7 Riva Ego style (750mah) batts when I have to replace my 3.2v Ego batts. That in itself should produce a much better vape. Anyone have experience in this vein to offer?

Dave, I did just that, BUT.... as with anything else, much depends on what flavors you're vaping. True 3.7v with say an LR eGo-t tank attys that are metering out at 1.7Ω for me, are giving 8+Watts. If you have a flavor that doesn't stand up to the wattage - I have a few, I find I'm better off with the regular eGo-t battery at 3.4Volts. I even have some flavors that do well on the eGo batt with the regular tank attys (2.2-2.3Ω). The flavor - habana reserve - does well on both set ups but the taste is a bit different and I like them both. So.... much depends on flavor. However, that said, the SE Riva does give you that upper end of wattage when you have flavors that open up with more heat. I have 6 eGos going - three using the SE Riva and 3 with the eGo-t batts. 4 are with the eGo-t B types, 1 with an LR B type and 1 with an LR A type.
I'm no longer 'testing' flavors - I've vaped the same basic flavors (one exception BWB applewood) for over a year now - DIY Decadent Vapours in VG with the VG nic base, so I know my flavors well and know which wattages bring out the best in them.
I just got my Tank type B in yesterday. It's giving me flavor with BWB Malty Toffee that I haven't had in a while (on 3.2v). The type A was good but I think the type B is better.
What voltage would that be?My mainstay is a Hello 016 battery because it regulates at a slightly lower voltage than other batteries with a 510 connection. I strive for less, not more, heheh.
What voltage would that be?
What do they read straight off the meter? My worn-out eGos were reading 3.3 or less and they could barely drive a 2.0 ohm cartomizer.
[Sorry just noticed you said 3.1.]
What kind of atty/carto are you using?
