Hey all. Just picked up a BB from the classys. I am having a problem with it not firing consistently. I pretty much have to screw the carto until it hits a spot it will fire. It definitely does not fire when screwed in all the way. Any thoughts?

do you only have one carto or tried different?
i know with attys the connector pin can get pushed in and you think it's dead. If cartos have same cylinder connector pin you can pry it out a bit with a paper clip thing.

The PO most likely was using an adapter and crushed the insulator. When you thread it all the way in it grounds out and trips the battery protection circuit. Log on to your acount at Altsmoke and creat a ticket. I will take care of the insulator
