Ordered 4 Sony VTC5 batteries from DealExtreme on July 6th. Never got here. When I contacted them they asked me to wait for 2 more weeks. Against my better judgement I waited. Now they are not doing any thing to resolve the problem and because I waited those two weeks Paypall won't do anything. They saw me coming.

I've been dealing with DX for years. Free shipping rarely gets anything here in less than four weeks. I haven't ordered batteries from them in a long time, since before all the FT issues became apparent with shipping Li-On batteries, so I don't know if they are having similar China Post problems. They do resolve problems and issue refunds but if it's coming down to awaiting on a package to be returned to them it is going to take time. But it will happen.

On a practical level, what did/does your tracking say about the status of the package?
