i would imagine it can be.

BUT

you need to be VERY VERY cautious where, who and how you get your base nicotine from. nicotine in pure form is EXTREMELY TOXIC and dangerous(one drop could kill an infant, seriously). I have seen reports of people buying nicotine liquid base and getting it wayyy stronger than labeled. not to mention mixing it you almost need a lab environment and strong ventilation not to mention proper lab supplies(beakers, graduates cylinders etc) i have some extensive knowledge of chemistry but not the proper environment to mix in so i cant see me bothering when ordering premixed is very inexpensive.

Maybe 1/5 the price. It's a lot of fun and there are hundreds of recipes out there. It's not that complex and you can order nic 36 mg or lower. If you hurt yourself with that you almost have to be trying to. I use 60 but wouldn't get near 100. But it is an investment like when you see a recipe you might like but are missing two flavors. Order again. When you have a good mix down you can make 30 ml in five minutes for less than you would pay for shipping on that 30 ml that's 3 days away.

DIY is a fraction of the cost of store-bought juice. Just as in starting ecigs in general, you can have some up-front costs if you go crazy buying everything in sight.

Start small, go slow, be safe, keep notes. It's not only cheaper, you will come up your favorite juice, that you cannot buy at any price!

chemically nicotine is more toxic than arsenic when compared 1mg to 1mg of each. the concentration really wont matter much if you absorb it through your skin. Now an adult, might just get sick, someone under 10 years old would be in a world of hurt.

All over the place
Is making your own juice cheaper than buying store bought, all things taken into consideration?

Once up and running I have no doubt that it is way cheaper. But, to try and re-create juices that are more than just simple DIY flavors themselves, you would get nowhere. Probably 9 out of 10 sites are just large scale DIY outfits anyway, so I buy from the one out of 10 that are creating juices that only a flavor chemist can create. I do buy the occasional simple juice, but I don't vcape enough of it to warrant the DIY endeavor. I figure since I DIY my own food, i.e cook, I save enough money in other areas of my life.

There is room in this thread for a good debate and I hope one ensues.

p.s. No one at home is going to re-create hardly anything close to juices from Ahlusion, HHV's tobaccos, or Want2Vape's premium tobaccos.
