Interestingly, another contest just closed with just such a combination as the prize: istick 20w and Atlantis. C'mon, really?

I was thinking about that same contest. I was wondering how he winners are going to like it when the Atlantis won't work on the mod!!!???

I got him...I got him....photos to come....Thank you for the Mini Aerotank...I will give it a try now & see how it is...the airflow feels nice, but I have to dig out an adapter as they won't go on my modbox without it....

you can get some vapable VG from most drug stores, usually over by the hand lotion isle/area

Thanks to whoever posted the link yesterday to that tension coil jig . I made one last night, and have been making perfect coils all day today. I used junk I had laying around so there was no cost involved. Have not made a single bad coil today and I did not even need my glasses...

4. What is your funniest or most interesting vape related story

What not to do....
I was sitting happy refilling some carts, 3mL sample bottles for travel, and had 10mL bottles of 30mg open with the drip tips off. I was carefully screwing on all the child-proof top to keep from spilling.

My mistake, dripping at the same time as filling, , took a 10mL bottle unscrewed the top and without the drip tip on the bottle dumped it into my atty, and on my hands, down my forearms.......

My first thought was "how am I going to get it back in the bottle!"
It then dawned on me to wash it off, (slow learner), upside was I didn't crave an analog or vaping for a couple hours..... but no other ill effects....

one time while vaping and staring into my computer monitor I picked up my bottle of juice to refill my atty, set the bottle down and started hitting my mod at the same time I felt a wet warm sensation on my hand and dripping off onto my lap I realized i had just filled it with flavoring, had the 2 bottles sitting too close to each other WOW what intense flavor Ha Ha!

I getting ready to go find cactus hangout thread and I am going to subscribe to it! Earlier when you guys were talking about why more people are not here I started thinking, amd thought maybe it is because; if others are alot like me, I get stuck in a loop of my regular threads that I visit and do not look around like I should.

Lol ..I have been smoking for 50 years so I don't think you are much older than me ...maybe I am much older than you. I guess that is why I feel dumb with the big cigar type mod.....I am not young where it looks sexy......more is I am old and it looks crazy. My son almost fell off his chair when he saw me whip that big thing out!!! Don't get me wrong, my kids are thrilled that I am not smoking but I think they would rather see me with a cute little one. I just got caught up in the moment when I bought it. I was so mad when I lost my other one that I only had for a week and they had absolutely no selection at the vape shop so I bought it.

I'm 62, and I have some pretty outlandish setups, like 26650 mods, and toppers to fit. (Those are really, really big). When I went to the vape shops in NY and showed off my stuff all those 20 something kids in there thought I was really cool. They loved it that someone old enough to be their grandmother had cooler vaping stuff than many of them did!

I am one of those people who never really cared what people thought. I just think about how much more fun I have than they do, with all their worrying about what people will think all the time.

That is good to know about the kanger tanks and the coils. No one ever mentioned that before but I will keep it in mind. So are you saying because I have coils for the pro tank 2 that I could get an aero tank or pro tank 3 and use the same coils. What about double vs single coils or doesn't it matter which ones you buy? This is all stuff that I am learning as I go. I know how to vape but not all the ins and outs that everyone else knows so I thank youf for mentioning this stuff.

evod and one other I cant remember? are single coil, protank 3, mini protank 3, the entire aerotank line and the T3D all use the dual coil heads

yea, thats the problem. people think its a sale thread... well it was but we kept it going because we had so much stuff on there we didnt want to kill it and start a new one.
been thinking about starting a new one and letting that one drift off into ECf oblivion

I have one main battery which is an aspire cf vv. I love how it vape sand being able to mess with the voltage. It came in a starter kit with an aspire nautilas min tank, a pack of coils and a charger. It is a nice starter kit that I am enjoying except ithe battery is way too big and heavy....it feels like a heavy cigar in my hand so it is horrible to take anywhere and I feel stupid with this big thing...I bought it to replace a I nokia vv that I only had for a week and lost and the guy at the vape shop said this one was much better so I didn't give the size too much thought until I got home and started using it. My backup is a $7 evod clone that was the first one that I bought after the little cigs. I want to try a variable wattage next and didn't know if I should get a 30w for the sub ohm tanks or just go with a smaller wattage. I just know I want something much smaller and would like the vw. I don't vape mine too much in public cause I feel stupid with this big cigar looking thing so I just take my little evod out with me and that just doesn't do it for me anymore although I do like the little pro tank 2 mini I have for it. I know I have to get more tanks and definitely another smaller looking battery but there are so many choices and prices even in the mini batteries that I am trying to get some idea what I want. All I know so far is the more I pay for a battery or tank the better it tastes. Thank you so much for trying to help me.

it is hard to get past the "stigma" of vaping put upon us in public and or with a larger mod, people do give you funny looks.
my wife feels the same way... well she doesnt vape but tells me how ridiculous I look vaping, doesnt like me vaping in public, she smoked for 30 years herself... makes me wonder if people felt ashamed back when public smoking first started. I think not.
today political correctness is the cause and of course PC is to achieve only one thing and that is "control" over peoples behavior, thoughts or verbiage. Its hard to get past, at some point you just have to say the he ll with those people

really that is not right. Those small box APVs are better than what we had a year ago and dirt cheap. A 20 or 30 watt small APV for under $35 was unheard of. In fact very few mods or APVs went that high, if any. The big thing was Varible Voltage, then wattage but very low...

Todays stuff is so advanced compare to what I started on and for others, Those cavemen and women, remember no tanks, flashlight mods and cartos.

Just remember no matter what you get, it should be able to handle the ohms you plan to play with.
Example, the first Istick would fire anything under 1.0 ohm and the Subtank and Atlantis 0.5 ohm coils would not work with it. I don't know how many people got a istick and a subtank or atlantis and were disappointed that it would not work with the 0.5 coil. Researching and asking questions are your friends...

The world of vaping has changed some much in just a year, that who knows what will happen next unless the FDA gets involved....

thats whats nice about the sigelei mini and the IPV mini they will both fire the .5 ohm coils, they are a little bigger than the iSticks

That sounds great to me....I imagine you could taste all different kinds of juices that way without screwing up the coils with different flavors....hmmm. What are they called?
