Bellus...my new RTA

So I built a single coil deck on my new Bellus, 7 wraps, 2.5mm, however on my Ohm meter it reads .92, then on my Coolfire 4 it reads .50 then on my istick 60w TC it reads .50 so I am just confused my such a drastic difference from the meter to a mod, fresh batteries in the meter, so I'm not sure why it would do this any ideas?? Was the tank fully assembled when you checked it on the meter? It's tight in there, and you could be shorting against the wall....

Shorting on the atomizer wall/deck/etc. wouldn't give an errant resistance - it would give an error. My guess would be that your ohm meter's 510 contact is not making proper contact with the atomizer's pin - especially given the fact that it reads the same on 2 different devices. The OP doesn't mention the gauge or type of wire - but assuming something in the neighborhood of 24 gauge kanthal - 7 wraps at 2.5mm ID would indeed yield something at or near .5 ohm.

Bottom like - check your meter's contact pin - or the housing that the atomizers screw down to - or the wiring underneath it all

You are correct sir on the wire size and wraps and I have since repositioned the coil and tried it on another mod and still reading .5 so I am guessing it's the meter, Thank you for the responses
