I have a bellus and have tried every build and type of wicking but every time I fill it up, at least a ml of juice leaks out of the airflow. I have tried closing the airflow when using top fill, leaving it open, and even bottom filling but it still leaks, and its not a little bit that i can wipe off, it drips down to my mod. What should I do?

Don't know what it could be mate. This tank reminds me of the Subtank Mini. Lots of people have no problems with leaking and lots of people have problems with it.

I used Mike Vapes technique of putting the wick tails about halfway down the channels and haven't had a drop leak.
Do you leave the airflow open or closed when using top-fill?

Don't do anything just fill it. Couple tips though.

Maybe you are filling it too high? Try to leave a little air pocket as to not create to much pressure.

Try this, it might help. Close airflow. Fill. Tip tank upside down and then open airflow. Might help. Good luck.

i've tried turning the tank upside down n not only did the juice starts dripping from my drip tip, it dripped thru the afc once i turn it upright again. i then tried doing the scottish roll wicking n realised well.. u can stopped the leak, but the flavour is too plain to vape. i'm still finding the way to wick it best, i believe all these leaks is cause by my wicking technique, if i managed to wick it right, it'll be golden.

I've found it to be more of an issue with wick-tail length/position rather than density. The way I do it is run the wicks through both coils, and from the top-view, I trim the wicks so they stick out to the edge of the deck. I thin them a bit (45degree angle) mostly because Rayon works better IMO with less. I add juice and position the tails in the wells (they don't stay perfect yet). Then I test fit the top-cap over top, and then remove it. This helps get the tails into the wells in the right position. I work on pushing the tails into the channels more, and then it's ready to go.

Tails shouldn't touch the bottom of the well. My tails are about half way between the little ridge and the bottom of the well

Another check is coil height. When I remove the AFC ring and plug the deck in, I can just see the bottom of the coil through the air hole (approx the bottom 30-40% or so). Too high and loss of flavour, too low and no airflow

To borrow a phrase from a well known ECF member. the Bellus ; "Peed on me" too..

The Bellus really needs a vacuum. Make sure the top fill is good and tight. Finger tight is not sufficient.
