Hey Guys! For a month now I've been scouring the forums and I've never found the questions i've had answering... if you have seen my questions asked and answered already by all means please direct me to the appropriate posts :)

Obviously switching to vaping over analogs is the healthier choice, pg/vg vs 4000+ big tobacco chemicals is a no brainer, but my questions are a little deeper than that.

Normally when someone quits smoking analogs there are a myriad of things that occur, be it taste buds regenerating, sense of smell increase, increase lung capacity, finger and teeth staining dissipating.

My question is, if one switches from analogs to vaping, do they experience the same things and to the same degree?

Should I expect my lung capacity for oxygen intake increase?
Will I taste as much and smell as much as I did before taking up analogs?
Will it be easier to keep my teeth white?

Can I vape and still run a marathon? lol

What have been your individual experiences with it? Please do tell!

The answer is all of the above; your sense of taste and smell improve, lung capacity increases and your teeth will become whiter and stay that way!

I could hardly go up a flight of stairs without becoming winded and breaking a sweat when I was smoking. I've been vaping for almost a year and I can do 2 miles on an elliptical machine in 20 minutes or less now!

MOST be people do see much better profusion from the lungs. Your body does not keep as much Co2. So yes lung capacity in MOST people goes up. Alot of folks saw it pretty quickly. Folks like me it took 6 to 8 weeks before I noticed any difference. My
O2's started at 96%, I currently sit at about 98% and after excercise bounce from 97 to 100% depending on the exercise (or adrenaline rush) I am experienceing. Remember that when you vape, you are not putting SMOKE ie burning materials into your lungs. Only water molecules. The thought is, this action is no worse than the vapor (or steam) in the shower. THEre are no studies to back this up however, sometimes common sense is the best indicator. :0)

Taste comes back anywhere from 3 to 6 as well. It's kind of dependent on how long you smoked etc. and your personal chemistry.

I noticed MY teeth getting whiter after about the 2nd week. I'm getting ready to go in for whitening in fact :0). I mean at this point it's NOT a waste of time and money LOL I'm not doing anything other than coffee to stain them anymore :0) YMMV
