For new users to the BE112, I found that it likes to be wet, and it took mine a couple days to really break in. It's a lovely vape once you get it going.

I hate the Pikes Peak 801 attys. I despise them. But, I can get them to work by cutting off a quarter inch or so from the stuffing. They still leak more than any others, which makes no sense to me since I cut the stuffing, but there you go. Idea is to get it the right length so the bridge->stuffing relationship is the same as a real atomizer.

I used to like the DSE801 atomizers (high wicking bridge), but I ordered 10 from HG at the beginning of April, and 4 have already failed and two of those were within a week. It's not that big of a deal because Wayne replaces them, but it is kind of a pain in the ..... Conversely, I've had a David Yang atomizer since the beginning of March that's still going strong. It's sort of a conundrum of mine; I can order 10 from Wayne for $55 and have a 40% failure rate in one month (but they're replaced FOC - minus shipping), or I can order 10 from David Yang for $80 and have a 30 day warranty. So far Wayne has not had a problem replacing the atomizers, and he usually ships them with an order to save me some freight costs...and it only costs a couple of buck to ship the failed ones back on a slow boat.

Has anyone had reliability issues with their David Yang 801 atomizers? Does anyone know where else to get them or where they originate? I was wondering if they are actually Smoore 201 atomizers.

I asked this question on bestecig, but don't know when it will be answered, so since I'm in the middle of placing an order, hoped someone was monitoring this thread who'd know. Blank cart price is .7 (i.e. 70 cents). They come in a 5 pack of course. Is that price per cart or per 5 pack?

Per 5 pack:)

I like the ones Bestecig sells. They use little or no primer.

I agree Best ecig has great be112(pen style) atomizers. They are even better than my njoy atomizers. They sell bundles of 5 atomizers for $30.00. their shipping is expensive but worth it if you order a few items. Their juice is also good and only $15.00 for 35ml. I recommend their flue cured flavor

I wanted to thank everyone for their input. I did a relatively small order of 112 attys (15) and carts (30) for myself and the guys at work. Originally, they only wanted a couple each, so I had a comfortable year stash for myself (they're friends, so no markup, just spread the shipping around). Then they tried them. WELL, suddenly, I'm the queen mother of finding great parts. Not only are we going to have to do another atty/cart run, but also they asked about batteries. I explained that BE batteries were as bad as their attys are good, and that instead of doing regular batts, they'd be better off investing in a Janty stick or mod (IMO), but the question still keeps coming up.

So, I come to the well again. Who has decent 801 batts. On the batts, the guys are on their own:p. I'm just trying to help them out with the question.

I am having issues with my 801 atomizers from myvaporstore as well. They don't seem to wick well at all. I've tried using them through my Juicebox with 14500 battery, Juicebox with 2 CR2 batteries, Magnum with 2 CR2 batteries and USB passthrough with manual switch. All with the same result.

If I attempt to drip, they will eventually drip juice through the screw end. I would drip 2-3 drops at a time with decent vapor the first 2-4 hits then followed by burnt flavor. I follow that up with another 2-3 drops then it gets flooded and leaks through with minimal vapor production. Also, if I use the cartridge it's even worse. It just wastes juice by not wicking properly and leaks everywhere.

Time to give EastMall a try...

G--try EASTMALL or FIRST UNION-----Sun

Where can I get the First Union penstyle batteries?

The njoy ncig batteries are RN (First Union), and I purchased several when they were still in stock. They go great with the BE112 atomizer.

Eastmall only seems to have 801 batteries in blue. Are those First Union? If not, are the eastmall 801 batteries as good as the njoy ncig batteries?

I do agree with the other comments that while the BE112 atomizer is as good or better than my njoy ncig atomizers, the BE112 batteries are sorely lacking. All five of ones I purchased are history.

So far I like Totally Wicked Atomizers. The price is GREAT & I don't notice much difference between the 4072 & the 801. I think it depends on the manufacturer which is better. I rely on Totally Wicked, after all, they stamp their name on it & that makes me feel better about quality control. Keep Vaping! I've quit for a YEAR now!!! :)

I have a Janty Stick and was wondering if I'm actually reading this correctly.... The BE112 from Bestecig that has been mentioned....looks to me like it is only $5.35 each.
(/products.asp?bid=1&sid=3)

Am I looking at the right thing? Cuz the 801atomizer sold on the Janty site is like $17! So, I'm just looking for some confirmation that the one I'm looking at is, in fact, the same type of atomizer as the ones I currently get from Janty.
(/atomizers/classic/2866-classic-atomizer)

Thanks!

P.S. I tried including complete links to the pages i'm looking at, but am not allowed until I have 15 posts.

My two favorite penstyle atomizers are the Joye 302 and the EM (EastMall) 801. I love the feel of the vape from the Joye 302 and I've had great success with their longevity. The EM 801 is lower resistance (~2.8 ohms) than the standard 3.5 ohm 801, but not as low as the "LR" 801s: typically 1.5 ohm (which I find to be too extreme) or Ikenvape's 2.0 ohm (which I have not yet tried).

During most of the day, I use the Joye 302 (even starting with the 3.4V Elegant battery). Later in the day (or whenever I want a harder hit), I use the EM 801 (which BTW is low bridge with two large holes).
