Thank you for all the awesome replies fam. Its awesome that a simple noob question like mines doesnt get bashed on a forum like this.

While i was one fast tech last night, i also picked up the dual vivi nova tank and i have an old tube tank from my volcano. When i purchase cartos, how much ohms should it be at? getting back into it, theres so many selections.

I also was looking at the K100 and its only $25 on there. Is it worth picking up. Im still learning about RBAs, i just want something small for myself because the girlfriend is guarantee gonna hog the vamo when it comes in lmao

Hate to tell you this but that's not the Vision Vivi Nova that we all rave about. As for ohms it really doesn't matter, up to a point, as the Vamo in VW mode will automatically adjust the voltage according the the ohms you are using. That's the big advantage of VW as opposed to VV. 2.4 ohms is good.

It takes flat top 18650 or 18350 batteries. They must be NONPROTECTED and HIGH DRAIN.

Yes Fasttech carries the V2. Here's a GREAT price on a SS Vamo V2 Starter Kit with a great charger and 2 great 18650 batteries.
$53.33 Vamo-Vivi Stainless Steel Voltage Adjustable E-Cigarette Battery Compartment Set - with Nitecore I2 US battery charger/charger cable/2*Panasonic 18650 batteries at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Discount code CPASTE13SPRING will give you a 5% discount

apparently enough of us ordered that combo of batteries and charger with our vamo they decided to build it as a kit

I opted for the Panasonic CGR18650CH 2250mAh because I saw a comment somewhere that the newer 2900mAh version from Panasonic didn't fit well in the Vamo because they are slightly fatter. When I compared the dimensions quoted for the two types the 2900 was shown as 18.5mm as opposed to 18 for the 2250's. Looking at how my 2250's fit it looks like there possibly is just enough room for the fatter type to fit but it looks like it would be tight.

Ive been using Efest 18650 IMR Button Tops 2000mAh for the past to months, the same 2 Batteries, heavy Vaping, and last a day, night and into the next afternoon each, before having to swap out to the next one. Not one problem with them at all, and they're non protected of course. They take a beating but keep on ticking. lol. I did try it with the Efest 18350's in short mode but they just didn't last more than about 6 hours at best. Just my opinion....

Damn so all the vivi nova tanks on fast techs are clones/knock offs? Do they really make a difference? If yes and a big difference, what site should i purchase them from? either or is fine, ive been hearing the dual coil wastes a lot of battery life and liquid. I've tried it but i seen like 3 different types of vivi nova tanks.

Are there any good 18350's from fasttech, my order is pending, so I could switch out the ones I ordered.

Question: Are any of these 18650s or 18350s also compatible with the eVic??

EDIT: @Marilyn - those are the exact 18650's I got too :)

Unfortunately FT doesn't yet stock quality 18350 batts. He only sells 18350 TrustFire and UltraFire and they're terrible batteries. I only owned them as they came with my first PV in the Starter Kit. In regards to batts and chargers avoid anything with the name "Fire" in it.

I get my info from the FlashLight guyz- some very detailed charts and tests so kudos to them. The Tesla Electric car's batteries have gotten RAVE reviews from everyone. They are manufactured by Panasonic.

A link would help. Is this the Vivi you bought- got a strong thumbs down from PBusardo:
$5.78 VIVI NOVA Detachable Double Layer Electronic Cigarette Atomizer for Ego at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Or this one which is a Vivi Knockoff:
$4.94 VIVI NOVA Electronic Cigarette Atomizer with Coil Head for Ego-t/w/c/d/k/510/510-t/808d/808/v9 (3.5mL) - Round Mouth at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
View attachment 215244

Personally speaking I am neither brand loyal or Vendor loyal. I try and buy the best gear with a proven track record at a reasonable price. FT has some amazing deals and quality products BUT like all Vendors they also have some dud products. I prefer to pick and choose the best.
