Best carto setup for ego twist?

My wife and I recently began using the Ego Twist batteries and have tried a few different cartos on them. We have used the Ego c tank system, the Ego vision clearomizer, and the GotVapes Phoenix bottom coil cartomizer. We have found that some work very good and some are a bit iffy. Our favorite so far is the Phoenix. Our question is, what do you use on your Ego or 510 battery? We are looking for suggestions on what others find to be the best setup for them. We also don't want to drip on attys as we are on the go a lot. Our main goals are easy maintenance and filling, hold 1-5 Ml of juice, and of course great flavor production. We're very excited to try out your suggestions. Thank you for your time and replies.

Echo-e cartomizers work great with the twist. Plus they look just like the cone.

Boge SR + 3ml J-Tank here. Great cartos that are cheap enough that I just toss 'em when I don't like the taste anymore

Hi....my favorites are the 2.5ml Smoketech cartomizer (resurrector) & the sub (5ml. & minisub 3-4 ml.) tanks with the Smoketech 1.7-2.0 cartomizer (resurrector). I'm having great luck w/these & love the way you fill the subs....no muss, no fuss & great, full taste. I usually just keep my Twist in the 3.8 area so I'm getting pretty good mileage on the charge....very happy. Good luck on your search.....
