I've sort of abandoned clearomizers for a while in favor of my Kayfuns. I haven't even looked into any in the past 3 or 4 months. I was wondering if there's anything new on the market. I'm mostly looking for something that wicks well with any juice and give good flavor. I don't want to have to fiddle around with the atomizer head to get it to work how I want it to. The Aerotank looks nice. Anyone have thoughts on it?

IMO, stick with the Kayfuns. I have zero problems with my Kayfun and it's a lot better than messing with clearos. The best one I hear but have not tried is the Nautilus. The big downfall to those is that you can't rebuild the heads. The best clearo that works for me is the Protank 2 thus far. I can rebuild the heads using micro coil/cotton and have no problems with gurgling, floods or anything of that nature. The only thing I don't like is the tight draw. I get the Aerotank today so I'll see how that goes but I don't like to rebuild dual coil heads. Some say the P2 coils fit but as far as the P3 tank, it fits but after a while it floods. So unless you want to buy heads all the time, stick with the Kayfun, mainly the Lite Plus with air flow control.

Down at the bottom on the 510 threads there are 3 holes; a 1/16in drill bit will open those out. (I was surprised how soft the metal was when I drilled mine - was real easy; just did it free hand, no vice or drill press required; I drilled out all 4 of my tanks.)

That should help but even so, that still gets closed over by the battery 510 threads; Now the miniprotank does not use the 510 threads but instead uses the outer eGo threads on the battery, so there is less obstuction to the airflow on the miniprotank, plus a small leak into the connector is less likely to obstruct airflow.

Thanks for the info. I'll try it tonight.
