best clones?

I was reading earlier today that "jkuro", who has been conducting mod voltage drop testing over on Calivapers, is quite impressed with the brass Nemesis being sold at Fasttech.

Maraxus and Chi You clones are pretty sweet. Maraxus is by far my favorite. Very simple to use, and no messing with lock rings, posts, etc.

The maraxus looks so unique! But I don't understand how it operates. I've been hearing great things about the Nemi also though.
The maraxus has a floating center post, it is telescopic so you can use a 18650, 18500, or a 18350 battery...with a little configuration. It does hit hard.
My FT brass nemesis is near perfect w/ a butter smooth edge press button and 0.17 volt drop at 1.2 ohms. INR-18650-20R.
My FT SS Nemesis is near perfect except the switch was very scratchy and binding. Not simple to correct bad switch. SS Nemmy has excellent volt drop as well; 0.23 volt drop at sub-ohm 0.6 ohms. inr-18650-20r. Brass and SS nemmy have roughly the same voltage drop.
Brass switch is better design from engineering stand point but SS looks sweet. Smooth switch may be luck of the draw. I recommend buying mod from vendor w/ return policy just in case.

Yes, bottom fire button, but you don't have to mess with a lock ring, as it is flush.
Nemesis - Excellent choice, even if you get a crunchy switch. A little tinkering can make a big difference.
I now have 4 - 2SS & 2 Brass - All mixed for nice Two-tone Mods
Next on my list would be Sigelei 8w(latest release) Fiddly setting battery contacts, but perfect performance on Both that I use.
Another Good, inexpensive Mod, once all pins are cleaned up, is the KTS Storm PLUS with side switch.
Good Looks and solid delivery. * All contact points, including Switch should be thoroughly cleaned/sanded before use.
Man members like the Kamry 100 and 101 telescopic mod for its look and solid reliable performance.

+1 for the Maraxus clone by Ehpro. I now have the real Maraxus and a clone by Ehpro. Although side by side there's some differences but overall quality of the Ehpro is 90%+ of the original. Excellent switch, no lock ring to mess with so no worry about sitting it on a flat surface to keep a genesis from leaking.
Use it as a weapon at wal-mart!

I have the Sigelei 8w (2 of them actually)
And a King Clone in SS ( from fast tech)
Both are amazing devices.
Not a single problem with any of them.
The 8w is a very well built mod with a streamiled look.
The King clone is a beast. Extremely well made, never fails, looks fantastic and is as tough as an F-1 roll cage.
It's my favorite Mech.
