This spreadsheet is excellent, it works neigh on to perfect. Any time I change a build, I check this sheet first. It should be a sticky. Invaluable!

I have that calculator also and yes it does work very well. But it isn't any different than the one I linked to at the Steam page. So it is not the calculations that Mezrien is having a problem with. It is either the Kanthal he is using or the physical connections of the coil to his atomizer that is giving him the varying ohm readings.

Yup. Torch prior to wrap then torch after wrap for solid micro, the dry burn and squeeze after mounting. I check the ohms after every torch. I also test then via ohm meter and two different provaris. My ohm meter has a .1 difference than both my provaris which I take into account
