Best DIY Cinnamon Danish/Roll and/orBanana Nut Bread?

Off topic a bit but I mix CAP apple pie w/ tfa cinnamon danish and bavarian cream for one of my recipes. I call it creamy cinnamon apple pie. It's really outstanding after a week or 2 steep and lots of shaking. I'll look through my recipe lists for %s if anyone is interested.

The Dutch Apple Pie I use is FlavorWest. I think the blend with Capella's CDS brings out the best in both of them.
