Welcome mapu,

If you find the best of the best, please let me know which one - LOL. Yes the atomizers still break down and depending on the luck of the draw, it could be really fast or last a couple of months. The batteries still need replacing approximately every 3 months.

Janty has recently came out with the KISSBOX and the batteries do last longer. Still have some issues but they are fixing them. So far, this is my favorite.

I don't see where you are from so I'm not sure who to suggest you buy from.

I am from Australia.

Which is probably the worste place to live if in need of E-cigs.

The shipping is extremely pricely and takes so long. If i had a broken atomizer it would probably cost me $40 just to get a new one.

I have wanted to quit with E-cigs, unfortunately i think it's not worth it as there is no businesses in Australia that sell good quality E-cigs.

Wow - that does put a damper on things, doesn't it? Until we finally got some US distributors, our shipping prices were also outrageous, but I paid, because I wanted them - LOL.

$40.00 for a replacement atomizer would be expensive, you could go broke just buying them.

Maybe some of the members will know a supplier that ships to Australia at a reasonable price.

I agree with dnakr, the kiss is the only device I use.

In the beginning there where problems, but they have been worked out.

The kiss classic and jentl are warranted for 6 months.
So if any part breaks down they will replace it.
I know that Jeff is fantastic, he's in the states.
Harry is in The Netherlands.

Maybe you can check out their websites and see what's most economical for you.

Hi Mapu,

I'm just across the ditch from you so I know the frustration of getting these fantastic products down under ... prices look great until you add in the shipping costs !

There are a couple of sellers here, but from I can see they are selling low quality products at over inflated prices and of course because of the restrictions in NZ they can only supply 0 nic cartridges.

I just bite the bullet and pay the shipping charges for the moment. Each order I place is reasonably large, 100 carts at a time, several bottles of liquid etc. I try and make a monthly or two monthly order at a time.

With hardware I always order at least 2 spare atomizers and 2 spare batteries and a load of carts (100) that way I've got spares in hand while I'm waiting for replacements to arrive.

I'd love to see a decent seller setup down here in our part of the world

The only problem i have is if the product isn't perfect on delivery then it will make things hard because:

I ship it back to get a new product then i will be out of a device for weeks/months.

If they were smart they would expand to Aus and tap into an untouched market.

All the trouble that I have had with electronic cigarettes has always been with the main brands.
All of the cheap copies I have quality wise have been very good.
But you can't take away from the main brands they are a far superior smoke to your cheap ones. They just need to get their act together with quality control.
As I have just had a nightmare with a quality with Janty and first day of use one battery died.

Silverwing86 is a new-zealand e-smoker; she indeed gets her cigs from Janty-netherlands. And I do think they are trying hard to get things to her as cheaply as possible... so guess they will have some know-how there how to get things to your part of the world in the least expensive way. Maybe it would even be worth it teaming up, the people on your end (like Silverwing, MNZ and yourself) to get bigger packages across, and then the first recipient sends on what is meant for the others?
Not sure if Silverwing86 is on this board, but you can certainly PB her on the dutch site of FreE-Smokers (FreE-Smokers - software: vBulletin) or perhaps on the new-zealand-site (though she isn't there very often I think) and that url is E-cigarette forum, healthy cigarette alternatives | Healthy Smoking New Zealand
Janty netherlands is JantyShop

Good luck!

Hey mapu
Im in australia too, Firstly stay away from the crap that is available on Ebay AU. They really really really suck. I have ordered a few different models now, i got one from minicigarette.net that costs about 40$ in shipping and sent via EMS (this was held up in customs for about 1 week), I also got a Loongtotem v9 costs about $35 to ship via DHL (arrived very quick, 3 days) and then i got a Janty Kissbox, cost about $35 to ship, (took about 1 week to arrive)

Whichever way you go just try and decide which one you want and order spare parts for the future so you dont have to pay shipping costs for $10 parts.
