Shouldn't they be answering emails though? That's kinda why I got in Blu's face. in 3+ weeks with almost daily emails from me following up not once did their customer service or shipping email addresses get back to me.

I feel they have a superior product compared to others out there, but I don't get why they can't get the customer service end together. I mean, seriously....a simple email telling me the situation would have sufficed.

Some people are all about the IM thing. But emails once a day aren't hard to return. C'mon guys. :)


they are when you get thousands.. believe me.. i know and i dont get thousands just dozens...

some customers send some twenty each.. its too easy.. just like forum posting... he he he

and answering them tooo quickly just generates more of them.. honest..

I was in contact with Beci by email on Friday. I placed an order then, and it cleared customs today (yesterday, actually... it's 3:20am). I should have it in the mail today (Tuesday). 4 days from China including a weekend! Don't get things in the States that quickly usually.
Walrus.....My last order was 5 days total from payment to my door...funny though,it never went through customs at all...that was the quickest I have recieved an order from Beci!:)The Wiz!
