Thanks all for the great advice! I previously did not know about the GLV2 or Roughstack until now.
Right now they seem like pretty good possibilities.
I have also had my eye on the REO- my brother has one and he loves it. As another poster said though, my only concern about it would be scratching it. My other dilema with REO, would be why not get a Woodvil for alittle more $. Then I would be back to square one looking for something I could use and abuse... Lord knows I wouldn't want to with a Woodvil.
Is it just me or does anybody else think like that? (Why not spend a little more and get something nicer.....)
My Wife hates my thinking like that. I always spend more on something than I originally intended to.
Back to the GLV.... When researching I saw that for an additional amount of money you could get it clearcoated. I'm guessing that would make it stand up to a little more abuse without chipping/scratching no? Or is the clearcoat more just for cosmetic purpose ie glossy look.
Thanks again
The REO Mini in silver anodized is a very tough surface and if you do manage to scratch it, the scratches won't show. Actually, all of the REO metals are highly scratch resistant, except for the polished, which is not anodized.
