Best kit for newbie?

tesla, would love to leave the inner cup seal on, but I've heard you need to mod them to work best and/or eliminate burnt taste or fluff the wick. I can take it apart and do so, but I can't seem to get the cup seal back on and the 2 CE2's I have opened have tasted burnt out of the box.

Just lift it on both sides above the wick slightly so that it don't pinch the wicks.....sometimes you have to invert Thea whole thing too when the cup dries out and the cart gets lower because of gravity. Just turn upside-down for a sec and voila flavor back....
