I want to know what's the best mod under 150 and why and I don't want a mechanical btw i use protanks i want something that'll last a very long time and that has everything i need

Provari mini is only $160. If you are dead set on $150, check the provape clearance page often. Side note- I do not own a provari.
I have to agree there! For less than $70 you'll get a great little beast of a box mod!

What features are you looking for? You said not a mech, so VV at least, is variable wattage important to you? Does it need to have ego threading? Do you want to be able to use different battery sizes? Do you want something pretty/colored? What do you plan to put on top of it? Does the $150 include batteries and a charger?
hmmmm... $115 for a blemished reo, plus $37 for an iTaste scd from fasttech... Best of both worlds?
Save up another paycheck and get a Provari. It will last you years not months. One year warranty, option to purchase a second year at time of purchase (not needed). Even after the warranty expires, Provape will repair your Provari for very reasonalble costs for as long as you own it.
I love the MVP too and recommend them, but the built-in battery is not replaceable, and no one knows yet how long it will last. Plus, should it need repair, forget about it. It's made in China.

If you want something that will last a long time for $150 max and is not mechanical, IMO a blemished Provari is the best choice. I don't have one, I went mechanical. Just check if it has the features you're looking for.
I'd say Vamo V3 from fasttech, VV/VW from 3v-6v in 0.1v increments, ohm checker, battery checker, OLED display, perfect placement of buttons, nice clicking sound/feeling from buttons, multiple battery/mod lengths, very sturdy all around good mod for $approximately $32.50, free s&H. If I had that amount of money, I'd buy two 
I picked up a Lavatube from VolcanoCigs for around $70 its great as is the Vamo v2 I got from Fastech for around $30.00.
Just 510 is fine with me nd jus like ohm checker mostly and no wattage isnt nd idc bout the sizes would be nice tho, something that'll look nice and sleek nd clearomizers nd i would be ok with paying for the batteries extra

When I was considering VV, the Sigelei ZMax 3 looked good to me. I didn't get it, though, so I can't personally testify. I'm getting a mech.
Fasttech can get you a Vamo V3, AND an iTaste MVP V2 for under $100.
The shipping takes forever, but with the killer prices and surprising quality, I've had no complaints!

Grimmgreen from youtube told me that the provari is good but the software is kinda outdated so idk about the provari... /.\
Thats a huge trade off of having american made software. It's windows98ish. But, it works.
