Had my V3 about 2 weeks now, and it instantly became my all time PV. All the other ones are in a drawer collecting dust. Again, in NO WAY have i been compensated for saying any of this. The prodigy v3 gives off great thick vapors, every time, no questions asked. I use it every day, all day. Unfortunately the drip tips i ordered do not fit on the 808 model. But this mod is the best one i have ever used, and it isnt ugly either. My only complaint is that i dont have 2, one for work (i get it dirty) and one for home - going out, that i can keep nice and clean. they sent 2 sets of batteries, a charger, well, everything might need really. I can say enuff good things about this PV. Great design, presentation, and sturdy as hell. I love it. Good lord i just thought of something. What if i ever lose it, i will have to use my wetbx..... booo. Lets just hope i never lose my v3. great job puresmoker.

Yea I have really been using my V3 a lot lately. It is an extremely durable device and I use mine at work (welding) and it has hardly any scratches. Finger prints don't show unless I have really greasy hands at the time... lol.... second only to the Precise the PS line is the cream of the crop in my collection. Never had an issue, keep noalox on the contact post and that's it. The Icon is great if I want 3.7v and my Prodigy stays loaded with AW LifePO4s and a HV atomizer.

With 6v, you definitely don't want the low resistance. Those are strictly for 3.7v.

Outside of that, it would help to know what kind of atomizer you're asking about. For 510s, while I have never tried one, lots of people recommend the high resistance for 6v. I use the standard 510s and really like them. But lots of people tend to pop them pretty quickly when first making the jump to 6v. So you might be safer going with the HR 510s. From my understanding, the HRs are much more forgiving and simulate something closer to 5v.

For 801s/BE112s, I have never tried those. So I don't know which is preferred between standard or HR.

I'm going with a pen style on this one I used a pen with my V1 and liked it more than the 501 on my protege.

Also can I expect to get this without a big wait or are these on back order?

I understand that they're now in stock and should be shipping on time. They were on preorder (the V3.1) for a while, but the stock came in last week and started shipping.

From what I've read on the Pure Smoker forum, people seem to prefer the standard BE112 atties (pen style, fit the 801 adapter) by a wide margin. But, again, I have never used one. So I don't know from personal experience.

Thanks Greg, You have been a big help. I have been out of this for a while because something changed with the juice. I did it for a year straight but after that almost anywhere I bought juice it tasted different and made me sick. It hasn't bothered my wife she still uses an ecig. I just bought a trial bottle from Johnson creek, hopefully it won't make me sick. When I came back to this forum a little while back I noticed some of the moderation sucked very badly so I just stayed away. I hope whoever owns this place realizes they need all the help they can get.

Thanks again buddy and Hi Steve :hi: TN=FTW
