I'm in total agreement on the HR 510's for 6 volts. When I first got my V3, I popped a couple of attys. Not anymore. You can even get 51 HR carto's.

With 6v, you definitely don't want the low resistance. Those are strictly for 3.7v.

Outside of that, it would help to know what kind of atomizer you're asking about. For 510s, while I have never tried one, lots of people recommend the high resistance for 6v. I use the standard 510s and really like them. But lots of people tend to pop them pretty quickly when first making the jump to 6v. So you might be safer going with the HR 510s. From my understanding, the HRs are much more forgiving and simulate something closer to 5v.

For 801s/BE112s, I have never tried those. So I don't know which is preferred between standard or HR.

My order of v3 is in transit, would I have problem with ce2 v4 cartos? My ce2 r4 cartos are 3v.

side question, I received shipping confirmation email from PS with tracking number. When I check the tracking this today it said "Electronic Shipping Info Received, November 10, 2010". Is that mean they just receive the package today?

I don't know the answer to your first question, as I've never used those cartos. But I think they should work fine. I've used standard resistance cartos on mine with no problems. Hopefully someone knows for sure and can answer you definitively.

For your side question: all it really means is that the USPS hasn't updated the shipping info. I've had some orders (not just from PS) still have that status on the day they were delivered.

Thank you GregH...... what is the ohm on SR cartos?

I have to agree with everyone here that the V3 is an EXCELLENT device! I received mine around 2 months ago and I haven't even looked back at my previous PV's. There's nothing more satisfying than getting huge plumes of warm flavorful vapor every time you hit the switch! I use my V3 ALL day and EVERY day! Big thanks to Steve and everyone at puresmoker.com for developing a top notch product!

i just got my v3.1 couple of weeks ago and loving it. I got my v3 with 3.7 battery from ps. My battery charger is flashing red and green lights. When I charge aw 17670 its making high pitch sound. I don't know why.... THANK IN ADVANCE

I've had this happen before twice, once when I put my batts in backwards and another time when I had 2 bad batts, better check both
