best/most versatile tfa tobacco

hey all, i"ve used lots of different tobaccos...hangsen and flavourart are my favorites. I'm looking for a basic cig tobacco flavor that's versatile enough for a variety of blends(none with fruits). Seems I've tried and mostly failed with the tfa tobaccos, except for ry4 double. I have a feeling it may end up being flue cured since it's the most plain(lacking it's own distinctive character). Just wanted to hear what the masses have had success with.

Flue-cured is far from being plain or lacking in character. This is a sharp, acrid, sour tobacco flavor that I use at 2-3%, however it can be easily masked by other tobaccos and mutes easily if not used sparingly. I buy 1oz bottles of ry4 double and asian, dk tobacco, and the regular tobacco flavor and use them in about a dozen different blends along with hangsen and flavourart, tobacco absolute, seedman, pyrazines, and ethyl maltol.

My favorite and ADV is RY4D. I think it's very versatile. Tastes great with 1% AP and I've also at different times added Bavarian Cream, Sweet Cream, Caramel, and Vanilla Swirl. I've yet to make a juice with it I didn't like. I also think Black Honey Tobacco is good, just needs to steep for awhile.

Cheers,
Steve
