Hi folks!

I have a Provari 2 and for the past year have exclusively used a Russian 91% clone. I am a mouth to lung inhaler. I make my own juice at 70 PG/ 30 VG and 10 mg nic. My coils are 2-2.1 Ohms and I like 4.7 volts which comes out to about 10.5 W.

I have searched all over the place and watched many Youtube videos on different new tanks. I start to like what I see and then they look like they are only made for sub-ohm vaping which I cannot do with my Provari.

I need a list of good rebuildable tanks that can be used above the 1 ohm level. They can be single or dual coil. I may just have to get another Russian, which I loved. I was looking at the Billow 2 but from what I was reading, I don't think I could get large enough coils under the lower chimney tube. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You can get authentic Russians 91% for 39.99 and authentic Russian 2.0 for 59.99. They are great RTAs, I wouldn't go with any dual coil RTAs as they are more catered towards lung hitters. Everything seems to be about low ohms and huge lung hits nowadays.

I'm a mouth to lung vaper and used pretty much the exact same setup as you did for a year except I had an authentic Russian 91. I have since gotten back into the hobby. Now I'm using an authentic Kayfun v4 which is great but honestly its only marginally better than the Russian 91%.

A list of RTAs I would recommend:
Russian 2.0 / 91%
Squape R/rs
Erlkonigin (dunno bout this one)
Kayfun V4
Taifun GT2
Gem by Mark Bugs
UTA by ubertoot

I would stay away from the Billow, Lemo, Goblin and pretty much any dual coil RTA. I know it can be expensive but stay away from clones, there are a few good clones out there but I would buy authentic.

If you are after flavor, the Eviva-T, Ataman 2, Calix, and Gem are all great flavor RTAs. I've also gotten really good flavor from the Aspire Triton (with the 1.8Ω prebuilt coils) - once the RTA system is available sometime later this month?, you can get it for rebuilding.

Best Regards,

Thanks for all your suggestions. Last night I broke down and bought a Russian 91% V2 from Mt. Baker Vapes. With 10% discount and shipping it was $49.08. I went with this one because a number of the Russians I looked at were the softer stainless and this one was 316. It will also be able to use any of the spare parts I already have. I have perfected the coil build on my current one (for me) and the new one should be a piece of cake. No new learning curve. Again, thanks to all!
