Hello again! I like to chain vape, and sometimes do it or about 2 hours straight. The problem I am having is that my throat get a little irritated, I guess. I vape on 8 mg after realizing that 24mg is a little strong (obviously). What do you guys and gals vape on for your strength for a good all day/chain vape? I still want to have nicotine because honestly I LOVE it! Thanks!

I'm pretty much an all-dayer myself and for me, 12mg is the sweetspot.
Also, I find that too much VG makes me wheeze..too much PG drys me out too much and gives me a scratchy throat...so I stick with 30/70 or right around there and it does the trick for me.

Started with 24 in volt e-cigs.
My local stores highest nic levels were about 12-14, so i got those once i needed new juices.
Now that I have a mech and vape all day essentially, ive found 6 is all i need. Might even go down from there. Still have a bunch of 12-ish and it's really just too much for me to chain vape with. The few 6's i have though seem to be okay.

1.5mg for me. 0.3 ohm dual coil will kick my nips off anything above 3mg.

It honestly all depends on your delivery system. If your using generic cartomizers or something then 12-24mg will work. If your using an RBA, your going to switch down to 6mg or lower really fast.

It really depends on how much juice you consume in your chain vaping, I can chain vape an iClear16 all day at 18mg/ml but put that in my 0.25 ohm dripper and it needs to be put down after a pull or two.
Just go lower or higher till you know it is or isn't doing what you want it to do. That's the perfect point for you.

My noob opinion is method you're vaping and even the flavor you're using. When I started dripping the 18mg nerds flavor I as using was rough, but I have other flavor in 18 and I can drip it fine. I stick to mostly 12mg now and if I'm having some beers break out 18mg in a battle to avoid analogs lol.
As others have said, it depends on what you're vaping on and how much you go through. I drip 6mg all day at around .8ohms on a mechanical. 
I tend to chain vape all day cause I can. Just this last month I went down to 18mg from 24mg with no issues. I never really over nic'd myself at 24.

I use to drink 6 to 10 cups of coffee a day just to stay awake at my desk. Now I drink 3 all day and Im up until 1:00am every night Out the door at 7:00am No problem. I feel 20 years younger.
Nicotine unencumbered without carbon monoxide and oxygen deprivation = goodness
smoke free for just 2 months.

I pretty much chain vape all day. Couldn't agree more with what's been said, depends on your set up. When I used stock tanks I used 12mg. After switching to RBA's I dropped to 6, no problem. Honestly with my Reo and RM2 at 1 ohm I feel I could easily drop to 4mg. Just adjust your strength with your set up, see how you feel. Everyone is diffrent.
I chain vape at 3mg usually, thats on a tugboat with a .2 ohm dual coil build. At work ill usually vape 6mg, gives me a little nicotine buzz after a few deep lung inhales. But like everyone else has said find your happy medium that doesnt give you sore throat.
