Best place for grommets

Hello, I am trying to find supplies to make grommet tanks with polypropylene tubing. My husband told me if I buy the supplies he will make them. He works alot so I am trying to find the stuff for him. He has a tap set to make the fill holes and I believe we have the right measurements for the grommets and tanks. I will list those also because there might be errors in my measurements. But the main trouble I am having is finding the right grommets. Any direction on this? Not sure about the o-ring size. We really like the economy tanks from valley but they are closed right now and we want more carto tanks. We bought some somewhere else and they were made poorly and flood...I assume from it not being air tight and a poorly made fill hole design. Also I need to find the screws. Any help would be great. We love our 6mil vvv.

This is what I have so far:
-Grommet measurements are 5/8" OD 5/16" ID,
-Polycarbonate Tubing measurments are 3/4" OD 5/8" ID

I got my grommets here and they work well.

This is the tubing that I use
3/4" OD x 5/8" ID x 1/16" Wall Polycarbonate Tubing | U.S. Plastic Corp.

But, the polypro will not be prone to cracking from certain juices
