He replied about an hour ago with an apology for missing items etc... LOL.

Says he is going to honor my request and send the items I want to call it even.

Will keep yall posted on how it goes.

Seeing as how he's had at least 3 paypal disputes opened against him, I guess he better do something.

I'll be curious to see how long it takes to ship your parts.

Well I aint holding my breath but I do agree its probably only because you guys open disputes. I guess he is now forced to get his sh:Dt together LOL.

So Thanks everyone who helped put on the pressure and I hope something turns up for you all :rolleyes:

I just opened a dispute myself. Two weeks with one promise from bestprice to find out the status of the order is and now.... no reply whatsoever.
I actually funded the transaction with PayPal Plus credit card, so there is hope I can get my money back even if his account has insufficient funds (PayPal Plus extended protection)

I've opened a dispute too. I was really hoping I'd receive my order Friday or yesterday, as Philip, who lives in the UK like me, received his Tuesday, and I ordered mine 3 days after him.

It's such a shame that it's had to come to this. The prices are great for the product, but 17 days after ordering, and I've not even had a single reply to multiple emails I've sent. It's just totally unacceptable. There isn't even any order, logic, or fairness to the way they're doing things. Some people who've sent them emails after me, have had replies whereas I've had none. They're either doing things completely randomly, or favouring larger orders.

The most annoying thing is their lack of communication. The fact that they haven't replied to a single email of mine, sometimes makes me wonder if they even have a record of my order. If they would just reply and let me know that I'd receive my order at some point, then at least that would be something. I've never experienced anything like this in all my years of internet shopping.

Just to let you all know, since opening my paypal dispute, I have now received an email with a tracking number and a quick note saying sorry for the delay.

Fingers crossed! :)

Yeh, same here. So far it doesn't show up in EMS. I'll check again later. I'll just be glad to get the order and be done with it.

Same here Lu. My number doesn't show up in the tracking either. Let's just hope it will enter the system soon. I'll be so glad when the order finally arrives and I never have to order from them again!

I wonder if we would ever have got this order if we hadn't opened a dispute! Makes you think doesn't it!

Well, my tracking number still isn't showing up on EMS. So I replied to their email to tell them that and the email came back as undeliverable. So now what?

My tracking info did take many days to show up.

I only get email results a few days after when I contact him from the website.

Still waiting here for my resolution shipment was suppose to go out this last Monday think I will ask for a tracking #.

I hope he really does ship my replacement items :confused:

Will keep yall posted.

Mine finally showed up too and here's why:

They didn't mail it until today. I know some vendors do this....print off a shipping label, get the number off it, give that to us, then mail it out a couple of days later. Ah well...at least it's on its way!
