Mine finally showed up too and here's why:

They didn't mail it until today. I know some vendors do this....print off a shipping label, get the number off it, give that to us, then mail it out a couple of days later. Ah well...at least it's on its way!

So today is 4/9....let's see how long it takes now. I'll just be glad to have it in hand and be done with it.

Yes thats how it is when I ship out Ebay items when I sell something. I send things USPS Priority and tracking it usually says USPS was notified about a shipment but hasnt actually been dropped of at the post office.

Actually sometimes the buyer receives the package before this tracking info updates :D UMMMM I can guarantee that wont happen with your order here LOL.

Once my Bestprice order was trackable in the USA was in New York then Newark I think for customs and finally only took about 3 business days later to receive the package.

I just contacted bestprice at his website asking for a tracking # for my missing items he said would ship last Monday will see how many days before a response :confused:

I learned a lot about USPS when I sold a few items on here. (Had never done anything like that before.)

Here's what I learned:

1) When someone pays you through paypal, you can click on a link that says "print label". I can print that label and have so many days to mail it before it's no good anymore. So it will show as "electronically notified" and will actually say that doesn't mean the package was accepted at the PO.

2) I always mailed priority mail. Because of that, I went in and picked up a few of those tracking labels just to make it quicker when I went to mail it out.

By doing that, you can actually supply a tracking number without even shipping it! It won't show up as being mailed at the USPS site but it's certainly a way to "pacify" a customer if you wanted to. What a system!

Then tack on USPS's shoddy scanning system....it's a no wonder no one ever knows when they're going to receive something. When I used to ship packages to my son, I used UPS. It was more expensive but at least it has a great tracking system. Some tradeoff, huh?

Good luck with getting an answer too....and I mean that seriously :p

I only ordered on April 1st but have never had a response to any e-mail. I also have a claim in with paypal. It looks like I will get my order it will just take a month.:cry:

Well I just wish there was a way we could help others know about the price they pay for the low cost of these products from bestprice :(

I was the ginny pig in the beginning with this supplier and I am still waiting for all my orders to be completely full filled from more than 3 suppliers on this forum.

Unfortunately sad to say there are inconsistencies from every supplier I have ordered from on this forum. Fortunately they are slowly working with me to resolve the issues with my orders but hey buyer beware I guess :D

Overall I am satisfied with my experience mostly due to the BuZz I can get from the products I have received :lol::lol::lol:

I have a claim in with paypal and received this e-mail today.

Well Im still waiting for my missing/replacement items I paid money for these items (missing AC charger, cart cores and wrong car charger) I think he must believe in his own mind since I received some kind of order he has done his job.

He emailed said the items would ship Monday April 6th and nothing yet?

I contacted him Monday & Tuesday of this week telling him I need a response about my missing/replacement items with tracking info by this Friday or I will take action against his company.

I will contact him again Wed-Thurs then contact paypal Friday if no response.

What a mess this has been for everyone :shock:

P.S. I still have un-resolved order issues with more than 2 suppliers on this forum.

Well I have to report that I did get mine Tuesday, and everything was intact. Don't know if it's been said before but these batts are compatible with the VK cartridges. I assume these carts will also fit the VK battery but I haven't actually tried them yet to see.

For the price, you probably can't beat this place but it wasn't worth the aggravation to me. If they ever get their chit together (and I saw some proof of that), I would order from them again but under the current circumstances, no way!

Well I have contacted them everyday this week about my replacement items they told me would ship out Monday April 6th and still nothing!!!

I have givin them more than enough opportunites to make this right and I got a big rotton goose egg well actually not even an egg :D No tracking info and no response :mad:

I told them to rspond by Friday afternoon or I will start the process wasting everyones time.

Really is amazing how they can ignore one customer completely at some points in time and fully attend to another customer. I have felt both sides of that experiance here with bestprice currently the ignored LOL.

Folks if you can order these products some where else please learn from this thread and do so. Will keep yall updated as usuall.

Edit: almost forgot yes my carts from bestprice work on the VK. I really dont like the flavors except coffee so I just pop the cap on the cart and drip puresmoker in them with pina colada, riskee and cap. I dont know if the carts are just old and dried out or I just cant taste the flavors. Anyways thats how I use them and they work great with that method lots of vapor/flavor.

Well, I have finally received my order. 29 days after originally placing the order through their website. The product seems good, although like Cobalt, my carts seem to be a bit dried out and only give flavour for the first few drags. As others have already mentioned, the KR808D-1 is totally compatible with the Vapor King.

I'm just relieved that I have finally got it, and I can now forget about this whole bad experience.

If they'd just kept in touch and kept all of us informed, then even though there would still have been a long wait, I would have been happy. Communication is key, and there is nothing worse than being kept in the dark.

Good luck to everyone else still waiting for orders. I hope it all works out for everyone.

Thank you to all of you for keeping us informed of your progress. It really helped to hear about each individual experience. :)

From the early days of online shopping, I learned one rule - avoid merchants that don't provide contact info in the form of at least phone number, and preferably mailing address. Never had problems going by that rule.

I've noticed that quite a few ecig merchants use e-mail only. They may be OK, but I'd rather stay away from them.

Just my $0.02.

Yup if you read this whole thread from the beginning there is an email address and phone contact for this supplier so not sure how your 2 cents applies to this thread but duly noted Thanks?

I actually established contact with this supplier before placing my order it wasn't till weeks later everything went south. Like I say if you read this entire thread you will understand that we all knew exactly what we were getting into from the beginning and more than anything at this point just sharing our on going horrible experience.

Also consider what you are reading at this point to help all of you coming along after the fact make a better decision in placing your future orders.

SO with all that said I unfortunately have to say the dispute process has begun with Paypal and my creditor!!! Like I have said many times before I cant believe what horrible service this supplier is providing. I couldn't imagine treating my Ebay customers the way I have been treated by this supplier.

Will see how long it takes to get this resolved :shock:

Ok now where was I OH back to my Hawaii trip itinerary just got a convertable jeep rental for the trip my wife is excited LOL :p

Bestprice, are the disposable catridges with built in atomizer you are selling the same EXACT thins as the disposable cartridges with built in atomizer that places like vaporello sold, eastmall is now selling, and vaporking? if so, please let me know asap, as your prices on cigdealer are half as much, if not a bigger savings, in comparisons to the others mentioned. what is your turnaround time for shipping, and what carts do you have in stock at the moment? thanks!

OK this is the final update with my Best price AKA www.cigdealer.com experience :p

Finally!!! Friday May 15th 2009 my CC held Best price accountable for the horrible service and my missing/wrong items.

The dispute was in my favor to the tone of $30 which is more compensation than my loss in merchandise but not everyones time to resolve these issues.

I really dont care about the money mostly care about holding Best price accountable for his terrible service and VICTORY IS MINE :D:D:D

I will say the products I did recieve all still work great its to bad this company Sucks .....

Anyways just wanted to update everyone and close the chapter of what you can expect to go through if you place an order with his company.

Now back to my Hawaii Vacation the Wife is packing & our flight leaves in 5 days :evil:
