Best single 18650 regulated mod

There is no "best" single 18650 mod. It all comes down to preference and functionality. For example, I like the dovpo mini 50watt; it's small, lightweight and easy to swap out batteries. Other won't like it because of the 5 minute shutdown.
Oh, and the sx mini M class is one of the better ones at the moment

Chip wise there is.... And yes that it's but I'm not about to pay $200 for one. I like the screen size of the evic vtc mini but people have said it has alot of problems. Then why ask what's the best? The best right now is the Yihi 350j or DNA boards. Maybe you should have asked what's the best budget device out...
