Dead Rabbit, B2K, Pulse 22 are all devices that want a massive coil. Single, yes. Mech appropriate, no. It's very likely your Dead Rabbit isn't getting the power it needs to sing. I have yet to try the Wasp Nano, but looking at that deck I feel like it may also have the same issue. [EDIT] Referring to the dual coil rabbit, not the new single, no experience with it.

You want to look for a reduced chamber. The tighter the deck space, the better. Clone or otherwise, look into options from/stolen from Psyclone, Vapornaute and Boost Lab, just to name a small few. They all have options for (or outright specialize in) efficient atomizers.

You know, I'v been hearing that for years now! Still don't make it true. I had all the small chamber atty's, the Cyclone the RM2 the Nuppin V1&2 Even the Little! For me none of them worked like the Pulse 22.
I will agree a bigger coil is necessary, But I just added a few wraps to a 3mm simple round wire coil & the Pulse 22 vapes like no other BF atty, for me :)

IMO small chamber = better atty is a myth!

Finding a BF atty that works best for you, will involve trial & error :)

Been thinking about ordering a few high end clones but I don't know I'm going to wrap tons wire with the rabbit for few weeks then decide they look like mtl tanks won't lie I like clouds and flavor mixed haha

But the ehteon clone looks good to me maybe a nano I really don't want to drop more cash on hardware

Got rabbit hugo squeezer drag all in same week set me back a tad bit haven't even used the squonk and it's all 20700s yet

Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting a reduced chamber MUST be present for good flavour, but I do think there is more to consider when running a mech. And it's not my intent to say anything negative about the Pulse22 (or the B2K), either - both are excellent atomizers at a good price.

But it's all opinions here, and mine remains that the atties I mentioned need more power than can reasonably be expected from a mech (assuming single or parallel configurations). I definitely should have qualified that I moved past round wire many, many moons ago and - at least with respect to the atties I use - just can't go back.

None of this is "can't", either, FWIW. But when a guy pops in complaining about the lack of flavour from a DR, something is amiss, and it's my snap judgment to call it a build/power issue.

If you can ever find someone to convert an Achilles for bottom feed, it would be the winner.

Now that I’d like! You’d have to really work at oversquonking...........might break my vow not to buy any more mods as the Achilles would probably look a little funky sitting on a REO.
