Never tried adam's apple, so i cant help with nailing down which apple tastes the most like it...so i'll just give you a run down..

Green apple..Very close to green apple jolly rancher taste while still managing to taste fresh at the same time. Great for mixing with caramel and other flavors.
Granny smith apple...Tart and tasty, not as sweet as the other apples. I imagine this one would be good to mix with peanut butter..my favorite way to eat granny smiths in real life is dipping them in PB, and well..This flavor is spot on granny smith.
Apple..dont own this one, but i imagine it is like a red apple. Sweet, and refreshing, most likely another good one to mix with caramel and cinnamon and chocolate etc..yum. But with out that distinct sweet n tart flavor of the green varieties.
