alright. its go time. the first build leaked on me, but it did work like a dream for a full tank or so. I would assume the leak comes directly throu the other holes that the cotton is not wicked thru....but there are several factors that come into play with leaking. so I have a few minutes and instead of rebuilding my RDA coils, I want to get this damn Nautilus working properly. So I am going with your second method OP. I may wait 5 minutes or so just to see if any tips pop up before I drill this hole, because this is my last coil, the other one of course the holes are drilled lower.

got my second version build done and it is not working correctly. not much vapor, I have to prime it a bit to get it going. I even have the big hole drilled out. I have everything exactly the same. I have the oring over the previous holes, I have an 8 wrap around 18g sirenge which came out to 1.6Ω, I have the coils centered perfectly. I have the cotton pulled thru with the edges trimmed off. I can't figure out what the problem is. but at this point I am just too frustrated to deal with it anymore. tomorrow I may remove the cotton and feed some silica in there. maybe its not getting the juice it needs properly with the cotton I have in there. ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... I was so looking fwd to Nautilus Night....I think I am just cursed with this thing....I can friggin build Clapton sleeper coils, but I can't get my damn Nautilus to work right. there has got to be something I am missing. I took all that crap out of the coil when I first started as I did last time. I just can't figure it out.

I replaced my build from organic cotton to CelluCotton and it does work better...although I still seem to get a burnt taste and its not a great vape 100% of the time, but maybe I will go with a 30g less wraps to get some more air flow in there and see how that goes. I gotta say I drilled out my biggest hole to 3/32" and it does produce a nice vape, but I have to keep the watts 12 or lower. but def a big difference from stock coil. My wife has taken it over already...lol
I am stuck on my DNA 30 24g G-Plat 5/64 bit 9 wraps sleeper coil....great flavor and dense vapor and its regulate...comes out to 0.32Ω
