havnt been happy with any SS wicks I have made for the protank. gurgle and leak is all it get and the all taste burnt, blah. idk what I have to do to make it taste good
I roll 400 mesh and use a thin cotton flavor wick on top of it. it more or less keeps the juice flowing to the inside of the mesh, while adding a little juice to the top of the coil. I've actually never had a gurgle in my Protanks. I don't know what I do differently than anyone else.

Just another example of how I could do without raisins.

Thanks for the input guys.
I hated my Protank 1 and was only able to coax flavor out of it by rebuilding and cotton wicks. Even then, it didn't compare to cartos, RDAs, or my genny. Likewise I couldn't get a SS mesh wick to work in one. However, I'm much better at making wicks now and I've got a KPT2 on hand, so maybe I should give it another go. Anyone have a link handy for the SS mesh micro in a KPT?

I have Boba's but don't vape it often, not my preferred vape. It tastes like honey grahm crackers to me, which I NEVER liked.

Being that Boba's is probably one of the thickest, if not THE thickest e-juice on the planet; and the fact it does have particulate matter (from flavoring agents?) within it to clog wicking devices; I came to the conclusion that the best way to vape Boba's would be dripping on an atomizer, or in a bottom feeder box mod. No wick materials to interfere with juice flow, just pure flavor with the convenience of a tank.

As such, I've kept BB out of my cartos. Speaking of which, enjoying my new Ikenvape cartos alot. Have you to thank for that. A bear to get a hold of though.

Wanna sell that BB stash of yours?

Was wondering if the Hubs would like it. He's a week old baby vaper and right now he's stuck on Uncle Junk's John Wayne. He doesn't really like raisins so I'm not sure..........

It's a risk for sure, but considering its following, there's a relatively high probability he will like it. Give it two to four weeks to steep to be sure. Some love it straight from the mail. I enjoy it fresh, but its better as it ages.
Worst case scenario, he doesn't like it, you list it in the classifieds, and its snatched up in 60 seconds.

Remember back in the day, when Kellogg's used to put cookie recipes on the side panels of their boxes before FDA made them start including nutritional information?

There was a recipe for honey and raisin bran cookies that was great (if you liked Raisin Bran. I did).

Boba's Bounty is like vaping a honey raisin bran cookie.

1.5 kidney-puncher long-barrel atty on a VMOD XL. It takes a bit of squonking to get it to feed when I am in the AC, but it works well most of the time.

I get the raisin on the exhale, bakery, tobacco, honey, graham cracker - all of those at different times. It's listed as a tobacco, but it changes depending on steep time and the device you use it in. I'd say it's worth a try.

I always wondered what the hype was when I first tried it, but I got me some at a local B&M, and now it's in my rotation.

I don't get the tobacco flavor, regardless of the atomizer I've used it in.

While I like the flavor, there are others that I like better, particularly the Johnson Creek Red Oak line.

I can't get enough of that stuff.

I was walking through an old factory area at work yesterday, and I tasted tobacco for a little while in my BB, but later that day it went back to what I was used to.

You may have to add a flavor wick or two. Make sure the mesh is oxidized to the max.

rolled it until it fit in the head then burnt with a torch, put juice on then burnt off then again then hit with torch again, fallowed a video. wrapped my kanthal and removed hot spots. added some cotton puff ball for a flavor wick and soaked it. also tried with torching the mesh before rolling and that was better but didnt last long
