I emailed eciggity about replacement Airflow screws late last night/early-morning, haven't received a response yet. They replied a lot quicker last time I messaged them. I hope they'll send replacements..
... I couldn't get a small amount of seepage from the AF screws to stop, even when sitting upright. But I got it to stop the bigger leak put of the side airholes.

Does anybody have any extra AF screws for the Orchid V4?? Or another AF screw that would fit my Billow? Don't know if I can find them at Home Depot or anywhere

The fill hole screw swap seems to have completed the fixing of the major leaking issues that I was having via the fill hole.

Still getting some minor weep/leak happening from 1 of the AFC screws, but only one so I do not know there. Obviously not due to how I wicked the ....... (especially since I wick it the exact same way I do my Orchid's). I just tried the screw the AFC all the way up and then bring it back down to see if that helps. I am running the thinnest juice I have (60vg/40pg) just to try to encourage it to leak if it is going to.

Separately, the whistle on this thing is annoying as hell. I had forgotten how much it whistled during the time when I had put this down.

I solved the whistling on mine by making two tiny spitballs out of paper towel and stuffing them in each of the air holes and stuffing them in hard with the flat side of a drill bit. The two air holes are just one hole that goes through the whole atty and the center post the goes up through the middle only partially blocks the air from going through to the other side - I think thats where the whistle comes from. Best discovery I ever made!!! ;)

Here's an e-mail from Trinity at eciggity:

"The Orchid v4 screws and the Billow are actually the same. We are definitely looking into working on a v2 to improve the leaking from the Billow, along with adding nano version, SS tank, and such."
- I asked her if she could send me a couple airflow screws for the Billow and Orchid v4.. And asked if they'd be making any improvements on the Billow.

Well I have only vaped a 3rd of the tank on the billow since adding plumbers tape to the afc screws, but so far so good, have had no leaking at all, I will report back if that changes as I vape the tank down, but this fix will only really work if you don't want to keep changing your air flow, was pretty difficult to get plumbers tape on them tiny screws, so not something you would want to do often, but if it stops the leaking as it seems too, then the billow will stay in my rotation :D

Rough dimensions for the chimney (I say rough because I am using a digital caliper that I picked up at Harbor Freight)
Chimney at base 16.00mm or 0.63 inches; Immediately below the flare near the top cap threading 7.00mm or 0.275 inches; height 34.00mm or 1.35 inches

Inner Dimension at base 14.47mm or 0.57 inches

Too bad the deck threading for the Orchid is 13.00mm or I would be trying to build a Franken-BilChid

Asked her if they plan on making any changed to the Billow to stop the leaking. And if so - if I'd have to buy a whole entire new Billow tank, or if I could just buy a new part to fix it (like new Airflow screws or whatever).
    .. Here's Trinity's response again (from eciggity):

"As for the Billow fixes, we are unsure yet since we are still only brainstorming what we can do to improve the RTA. It may be just a fix for the leaking since it seems more convenient that way. The decision may be up to EHPro as well though, you know how they just like to make every change into a v2, etc. "

I hope it's a small fix for the leaking like they said! Just paid shipping for my new AF screws too.. Really hope I can stop that small leak!
edit: ..... Great to hear nails!! Hope the leaking's done for good. It must have been tough getting plumber's tape on those tiny screws!

I look forward to hearing how things go Nailz. I have no desire to adjust the air flow off of wide open so the AFC's are just annoyances anyway. I do worry that the juice will just collect in the bottom and eventually leak out the air flow holes with the plumbers tape method.

Bonus I had not thought of before with the plumbers tape is that it is teflon typically. This means it should not have any problems with any heat that bleeds off of the deck.

    You are kidding me!?!?

I can see that making the manufacturing process easier, but that would have made whistling practically inevitable. Also, if I am understanding what you are saying the screw that runs through the 510 to the positive block would be somewhat compromised in its strength. *fighting the urge to tear the bottom section apart*

Thank you. I wonder if the Lemo chimney would work?

I did think the same thing about the juice coming out the air holes, but thought that was better than coming out of the bottom, but not had hardly any leaking from the air holes, only had to wipe a little leakage about twice and now gone through half of this tank, this isn't a prefect fix, but sure does seem to be working :)

Anyone know if the Lemo chimney fits the Billow? If it is, I'm going to get a Lemo and party.

    Why would you want that

Also I used plumbers tape and still a good amount of condensation on the deck... Less than before tho... I'll probably just plug up the holes permanently with epoxy

The Lemo chimney does not fit. That was one of the first things I tried. I liked the idea of the 2 part chimney. Then again I really don't have a problem wicking the orchid and that's a one piece.

I have not heard back from eciggity about returning the Billow. Then again, I really did not expect to :(
