The only other thing I can think of is one wick is different than the other and is wicking less effectively.

Ive been troubleshooting. I feel that my wires are not tightened to the post. Like I've read so many ppl saying hw easy it is to cut the wire just by tightening. But till now, i have tightened the screws till the extent i cant turn anymore and it still dont break the wires.
