Funny enough there are vendors that do steep them in barrelsi'd tend to agree except for in the case of eliquid, they are all using the same exact ingredients, the only change is flavoring...thats it, the playing field is pretty level, it's basically coke and pepsi, yes you might prefer one over the other, but are you willing to pay 3x more for one than the other? because the difference is so tiny
mcdonalds vs bobby flay....mcdonalds is using 100 ingreidents for their meat and bobby flay is probably using grass fed beef, so you can't compare the two
now if a juice vendor starts steeping their juice in oak barrell's for extra flavor....then maybe i'll start to pay attention haha, i wonder if someone can store flavors for years at a time before mixing it to get a better product like wine....hmm
i guess i just don't put these juice vendors on a pedestals and don't think of it as art, similar how to i dont' think putting some metal pieces together to hold a battery as art and continue to buy clones
Also not all flavorings are the same(ie ingredients of grass fed beef bs processed) Some are definitely better, i DIY 90% of my juice, but still have shelf for my bionics. Some use alcohol or not, stranger/weaker and so forth.
It all depends on if you like theirs the best
