The second giveaway will no longer be running. We have been quite busy these days and completely overlooked a certain rule! To make things short and brief, contests must be within ECF, and not link anywhere else. We'll definitely announce a winner as we reached the goal, but that giveaway is officially canceled and has been removed from the OP. Not to fret though, we'll find a proper replacement for that one and create a brand new second giveaway!
So stand by while we get both winners announced!

Noted. Will add a note on the OP. You are indeed right, our aim is to get as many people as possible to try our entire line and give us reviews/feedback. We absolutely love getting reviews of our line! So in order to keep that goal, if the randomizer picks a previous winner, we'll spin it again.Just curious because I didn't see anything in the rules post, and someone else may have the same question .... If a previous winner is picked in the randomizer a second time, do you run it again so a new person can win, or does that person win a second time?
Once you post once, you already have an entry for the contest indefinitely.
Worst case scenario, we are prepared to adapt to the requirements to stay functioning. So far, there hasn't been anything that has made us worry!

(1) We were asked to WAIT for CASAA to issue some guidance on what we should do and when.
(2) The petition contains false statements. The very first sentence is FALSE. The FDA has only PROPOSED regulations.
(3) The petition is poorly worded and contains spelling, grammar, and syntax errors. It doesn't help us if it reads as if it was written by a third-grader.
I understand how you feel; we're all _____ (nervous, scared, angry). But we can't go off half-cocked on our own with a petition here and a letter there. We need to put forth a unified effort and we need to do it intelligently.
