Black & Blue Theme Has no Google

So I like to use the Black & Blue theme for ECF. I am finding, however, that on this theme there is no Google Search. The standard theme does have it. Also, maybe it would be a good idea to move the Google Search to the top of the screen where the user sees their PM count. The google search is soooo much better than the vBulletin search and it breaks the flow when having to go to the very bottom to reach it.
