Nice. Any derlin in 510 airflow? I just got a newer eh pro.. and the airflow control actually works, and no insulator blocking airflow like others. Plus, airhole is ~2mm. First ones are closer to 1.5mm. One of those two works great.. the other, I'm going to have to drill out 510 pin to get airflow.. have grub screw out of it, and it's almost too tight to vape with... obviously it isn't that bad if I haven't bothered with it in the month and a half I've owned it.

Congrats on your new rta. What is your impression of the finish quality? Is it smooth or is there a texture to it....can't tell from the pics. TIA

I was concerned about the finish as well but so far I'm impressed! it is a smooth finish.

I talked with EHPro last night and asked about the finish. They said it's a PVD coating of titanium, chromium and graphite. I'm not super familiar with coatings; does it make sense that it would have three different coatings on there?

This sounds like non stick pan settings used today, getting away from Teflon for non stick. It holds up well from my understanding of it including heat and scratching. I've got the gold coming and hopping it matches my HCigar Nemesis brass clone well.

Did they say anything about the inside of the device having the coating as well. Some pics I saw looked like inside and out were coated. Other pics looked like only outer coating. TIA

OK, that works for us then. I've been worried about black coatings getting rubbed off, and EHPro said these hold up very well.

I will ask and find out and let you know what they tell me.

Looks like it's coated only on the outside. Threads look clean too, which is more than I can say for some authentic devices (I'm looking at you original Black Copper Stingray....)
Thanks very much!!! Looks like they were very careful when applying the coating. :toast:

Too bad you can't fry an egg off it @ 20 watts :(

Good -- now two say the coating is nice. Sounds like they have concern for the quality of their products not just pushing stuff out the door.

Ooooohhh, it is gorgeous. Would look great on the black Hana V3.

I think the "Big 3" cloners have proven themselves. One can proceed with no fear when purchasing from any of them. I'm not familiar with the details of the Chinese corporate structure, and who parents who, but ToBeCo, EHPro, and HCigar are all OK in my book. iSmoka and Smoktech do fine work, as well.

On the other hand, a recent KFL I purchased from FastTech was atrocious. Completely covered in metal filings and actually wicked for immediate use. Had a newbie bought that, and vaped it! OMG. They would have been sucking in metal. Not sure who made it, but I have KFLs from the "Big 3" and they are a world-away from the quality of this FT version.
